Akira Yanagawa was one of Kawasaki’s best known stars of the 1990’s and amazingly he’s still racing! The 44 year old from Kagoshima isn’t just ‘making up the numbers’ either, so far this season he’s finished on the podium at the JSB (All Japan Road Race Championship) and will be partnering Leon Haslam on the factory backed Ninja ZX-10R at the legendary Suzuka Eight Hour. 

Double World Supersport Champion Andrew Pitt will need no introduction to Kawasaki fans, having won his first title on a ZX-6R in 2001 before going on to race the MotoGP ZX-RR machine in 2003.
