The American moved forward decisively from fifteenth to twelfth after five laps of the first moto but then faced a lonely ride to the finish as the first eleven had already escaped out of sight. Determined to record his first single-digit finish of the season in race two he held a strong tenth for two laps before a fall pushed him back to nineteenth. Strong laps saw him recover to fifteenth but further progress was hindered when he broke off the front brake lever as he looked to pass an awkward opponent and he had to be satisfied with sixteenth at the chequered flag. This earnt fourteenth overall and he remains fifteenth in the series standings.
 
Jack Chambers: "The first moto was good with no falls and riding smooth, but I still need to work on a few things; I feel like I'm riding too safe and cautious. I got a good start in tenth in race two and was making good progress but I made a mistake, fell and went back to nineteenth. I made some good passes to come back to fifteenth but the next guy was making crazy line-choices, all over the track. Eventually I almost passed but I hit him pretty hard and broke off my front brake lever so I had to ride the last three laps with no brake and my teammate passed me. I'm looking forward to Lavtia now; the track has more flow and speed, and that suits me."
 
His teammate Bobby Bruce continues to make progress in his rookie season, holding tenth in race one until a fall dropped him downfield. Another good start in race two saw the English youngster run twelfth for three laps; he was still thirteenth until half-distance before a couple of mistakes cost three places but he regrouped well in the final laps to claim fifteenth on the penultimate lap. He is now twenty-second in the championship standings.
 
Kawasaki-mounted Quentin Marc Prugnières finished tenth overall with a top-six finish in race one and thirteenth in race two despite a fall.
